We review your photo, create your custom artwork and send a proof for approval. You may request unlimited revisions. Production starts only after you approve the final design.
What photo should I upload?
Choose the clearest photo that best captures your pet. Good lighting and a visible face, ears and markings help us preserve the details that make your pet recognizable.
Can I include more than one pet?
Yes. Upload the main photo here and explain the layout in Special Requests. Additional photos can be supplied when our design team contacts you, or through your existing upload workflow.

Will I see the design before it is made?
Yes. Every order includes a custom design proof. Production begins only after you review and approve the artwork.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. Unlimited artwork revisions are included. We will continue refining the portrait until you approve it.
Can you create a portrait from multiple photos?
Yes. Separate photos can be used for multiple pets or to reference details not visible in the main image. Add instructions in Special Requests and provide any additional photos through your order communication.
Can I include my pet’s name?
Yes. Enter the name in the order form. Leave the field blank when you want the portrait without text.
What if my photo is not good enough?
Our team reviews every uploaded image before design. When a clearer photo is needed, we will contact you before creating the artwork.
Can the portrait be displayed outdoors?
The powder-coated finish is suitable for indoor or outdoor display. For the longest life outdoors, install it where it is not constantly exposed to salt spray or standing water.
How does it hang?
Every portrait includes pre-cut mounting holes for easy installation. Simply use your own screws or nails to hang it securely on the wall.
How long does the process take?
Your custom artwork proof is typically emailed within 1–2 business days. Once you approve the design, production takes approximately 2–3 business days before your portrait ships.
